Add ability to run multiple frameworks in 1 storybook

Some users are migrating from one framework to another, or just have some components in different frameworks for some reason.
Storybook should support showing components of any framework in 1 storybook, setting up 2 different storybooks for them really breaks the idea of having a centralised place for all your components.

I'm really interested in seeing this happen. I'm working on a design system that at it's core uses custom elements, but will also provide wrappers for React and Angular--I'd love to be able to have one place for them all.

Was definitely looking for this. Useful for largely static websites where I want a style guide, but I have some dynamic components in Svelte that can be dropped in.

This would be huge for us at Wave as well. We have older apps that are not in React, so we maintain an internal CSS library that supports all of our apps alongside our React component library. Our plan is to eventually have one storybook that contains all of our component, both in plain HTML and React. Being able to do this would be awesome.
